We have had nothing but problems with Champion since we signed our contact on 04/21/2023. We have been blatantly misled by our sales person, we have had numerous attempts to communicate to various team members, including management, left unanswered, and we are now on our second "oops" with the company stating that the window that we chose, had measured and double measured by Champion personnel, are incorrect and will not work, this time on a window that we never even asked to have replaced. Champion Windows breached their contract. After several appointment no shows, the installers finally kept their appointment close to the end of my mother's contract. They arrived on time and were suppose to install 5 windows. They only installed 4 windows and tried to install the wrong size window for the laundry area. One of the installers said the correct size window would be ready within a week. They will not answer calls or return text messages. They place holds on accounts and refuse to tell you what's going on. I was planning on using their business to install the rest of my windows, but after this experience, they have lost my future business. I'd cancel the window installation now if I hadn't taken out a loan.

Horrible experience getting an entry door. As my door request should have been completed I received a call stating that my door cannot be completed because the stain color has been discontinued. Come to find out that they had not even started on my door until then, and I went to the back of the line for having my door created. I was told that I could have it done by June first, but it was not. I called and they once again broke the contract and stated that it will not be until the middle of June. The service team in my area has the worst communication skills… We have had to call the Escalation Customer Service Line multiple times over the last month trying to get a hold of Savannah and/or her manager Jessica to call us to discuss the replacement 1x patio door and 2x screen doors…. poorly installed and broken lock ?? Customer service for a window that goes bad is awful.I have been working on getting replaced since January it now June5,2023. You get different phone numbers different people. I wish you could give them a 0 because they are awful. They do not call back they tell me they will call and don’t.Do not buy Champion Windows.

While our sunroom builder was excellent, the rest of Champion is horrible. Once you sign for the loan, it is nearly impossible to reach ANYONE about your project. We also ordered 3 custom doors for our home. That is a 7 month process and we still don’t have our doors nor have we been able to reach anyone for an update. Received an email about 4 months in stating our “door” should be ready at the 7 month mark. Nobody would respond to a return email about the other 2 doors. Their customer service is horrible. A supervisor or manager is never available and will call back within 48 business hours. Angela, the customer service representative, told me that she didn't know how to reach the corporate office and for me to look it up online. I have been waiting for weeks and never got a call from any manager. I doubt I will get a call within the next 48 hours, and the installation is supposed to be Thursday morning, which is less than 48 hours.
