This business is a rip off they do not stand by their own advertisements, They advertised on TV if you buy 2 windows you will get 2 free, I did purchased two windows and was never offer the 2 free windows I also purchased a new front door which should have been a full glass door, the door they installed has partial glass at the top and some at the bottom which is not accepted in our HOA community, which the salesman should have know since all our front doors are the same in our community and he entered in that door. If I could give zero stars I would. Representative sent to our house was new and not knowledgeable in products. Gave us certain discounts pertaining to our window order, opened my line of credit, and we signed a contract agreeing to the price and having them replace our window. The next day they call and say the representative messed up and they will not honor the price we signed the contract for. It was a huge hassle to get the cancelation paperwork where it needed to be. They came to fix leak in roof and now leaks in different places and this has been going on for sometime they do a (repair) and it leaks still.

We ordered windows from Champion in 2022, the guy of 20 years experience mis-measured them. 6-8 weeks later they came to install them. No apologies, no discount.. just we have to follow the contract. WELL mis-measuring was not in the contract either!! Then emails after emails with no response from the management of this company. I will NEVER use or recommend this company to ANYONE!! They do not even deserve 1 star!!!

Worst customer service experience in my 50 years as a purchasing customer. The lies started the very 1st day we walked into the showroom and were still flowing on our last dealing with them when requesting they replace our French doors… for the 4th time. Worst customer service ever! Damaged window on install. Sloppy job done by very unprofessional crew first time. Refused to have that crew back on my property. Window replaced a second time. Better crew but these are very poor quality windows. Door caulking has been asked for several times. They sent wrong color and it's metal roof adhesive not caulk. I paid over $5000 for 1 door and 1 window and can't even get the door matched caulk (which we agreed to put on ourselves) It has been a nightmare. Never again!!

I was completely scammed by them. Salesman Jack F****** gave me a price of $17,556 for a sunroom. I agreed and paid down payment of $5300. Nine days later he called and said it was priced without the transom windows(which I had wanted the whole time) and it would be another $2810. I agreed but was not thrilled. On 3/24 (41 days from our contract signing) Jack called and demanded another $1076 or “the materials couldn’t be ordered.” Nothing had changed with this order, it was exactly the same the whole time. In the past had very good service from this company which had completed siding and roof install as well as replacing French doors, however, as of October 2021 ordered windows and patio door and the head ache began. May 2022 they installed windows of which one was sized wrong and outside trim on all windows channeled water back toward the house. June-July door arrived, wrong door, which was discovered after original door was removed. A solid wall was built to fill this space until February 2023 with no access to elevated deck... read more

This has been a complete Nightmare!! Do NOT!! I repeat DO NOT use Champion Windows!!! Their Customer Service is NON Existent. They genuinely Do NOT care about you, your home, your experience or your issues with them. The Worst!!! From Delays, to one wrong window installed, to damaging our wood floors and breaking blinds.
