Their customer service is horrible. A supervisor or manager is never available and will call back within 48 business hours. Angela, the customer service representative, told me that she didn't know how to reach the corporate office and for me to look it up online. I have been waiting for weeks and never got a call from any manager. I doubt I will get a call within the next 48 hours, and the installation is supposed to be Thursday morning, which is less than 48 hours. On March 25, 2023, I signed a contract for the Comfort 365 glass replacement for 12 windows. I paid the whole amount on that day. A representative came two weeks ago to measure the windows. Got the HOA approval. I thought that soon I will be getting my windows replaced. Today I got a call from the Atlanta Office that they cannot do the job because the amount on the contract is not enough. It is a shame that a zero star rating isn't possible. We met with our salesparson, Tanya G******* on July 19, 2022. Based on the strength of her presentation and knowledge, we signed a contract that day. Following that, several people came out to measure the room, and they determined that we had a code problem and would need to make the room smaller in order to provide a second outside escape from one of our bedrooms. We purchased a sliding screen door from the around 6 years ago. It has been fixed 4 times . Back in November it broke again. A technician from Champion came out and said it was on warranty and the would replace it. I hadn't heard from them so I called them in March . After several attempts I finally got a hold of someone. Buyer beware. Salesman lied to me and my wife on the install process not just once but 3 times and will not admit to it and to date, Champion Windows has done nothing to rectify the dishonesty of the sales Rep. I cannot get a follow-up call to resolve the issue. The reason we went with Champion windows was because of the install process that we were sold on which turned out to be a lie. Please read this message and know how bad this can be. I had siding soffit a window all added to my house. Total cost projected at 28,000. The company came in and did the job and I used green sky to pay the owed amount. It took forever and many calls to get completion on the job. No big deal job is done and looks good truly it does. If i could leave zero stars i would. I ordered an exterior door from them and they stated it would be 18-20 weeks bc they were "booked out". Thats fine, i paid my 30% and then the additonal 30% once the door was ordered. More than 22 weeks passed and NO WORD. No updates were made after i made SEVERAL attempts to contact them. I cancelled my order more than 2 months ago and even after physically mailing my request (as per their policy) they still have yet to even acknowledge my request. I schedule an appointment for Friday at 12pm. My husband and I both take off (as we're told all homeowners need to be present). I get no less than 15 calls and emails about this appointment (Already annoying, but I'll deal)...Come Friday 11:15, I get an email saying my appointment is set for Saturday at 9am. Don’t use this company!!! The salesperson was great, and everything else has been a nightmare. We payed a deposit and 4 months after the estimated installl, we were unable to contact anyone in the business. After threatening to find legal support we finally got our door and window scheduled for install. They were 4 hours late to the installation appointment and didn’t do what we had been promised to be done when we paid our deposit. This company is terrible. Find someone else.
