We had 3 exterior doors installed roughly 10-12 years ago. The primary reason we purchased them was for the warranty. We had a door window that had became loose broken seals. Then a door that had seal problems. In the beginning they came out and made repairs. But shortly after that, they said due to covid, we are having trouble getting parts etc. etc. Then, someone came out and decided that one of the doors needed replaced. MONTHS went by! I have used Champion since 2013 to provide replacement windows and doors for my house. Until 2023, I was very pleased with both the products, the workmanship, and the service. This past year, I needed a replacement patio door. I called Champion, expecting their usual response. I was given a date (they only had Saturdays available) and specific time when the technician would arrive. No one arrived. Windows are ok, service and installation are terrible. Lets start with it took them 3 months to get me the info needed to get HOA approval. They never told me that they wouldnt place my window order to the factory until HOA approval was obtained. Then i waited another 3 months for the windows to be delivered and they were the wrong size. Another month goes by and windows are delivered and installed 6 months after they took 2/3 of my money. Another month goes by and the windows leak! Purchased eight windows and a sliding patio door with a doggie door in August. They came out in September to install as they were installing the door. I saw that there was no pet door. I asked why I was getting a door with no pet door when I purchased one with a pet door Called and found out that I had indeed purchased one with a pet door and said that they would come and replace it shortly. My husband and I ordered a bay and garden window from Champion Windows in the Denver, Colorado area on June 9, 2023. As of January 13, 2024 we have no windows. On the first install date of September 1, 2023, it was discovered by the installers that both windows has been mis-measured by the Champion measurer. We had windows installed approx 15 years ago, 1 leaks every time in rains hard and they havent been able to fix properly and our north facing windows had no insulation around them when we had new siding put on our hoyse. Very disreputable company and I would never consider doing business with them again.

This is a no star business. We bought windows in 2006 and loved them, recommended them, even bought siding two years later. The after service was beyond excellent. Until about five years ago. At that time I couldn't speak to anyone local. The young man who came out to check the seals on my front windows barely knew what he was doing. When the replacement came, he couldn't get it in and gerry rigged it so it didn't even work. Our long and very irritating process began days after a great sale rep. Experience. We had initially opted for a different company (in hindsight should have stayed with that original company) But we’re impressed with champions product & clearly laid out plan from construction to installation and beyond. They overestimate the materials on siding. Then even though I paid for this material, I do not receive a credit, nor do I get to keep the overages.The contractors were wonderful. Its just the policy of Champion gives the salesman the initiative to over estimate the footage. Thats why they are so expensive!!
