This has been the worse experience ever! I purchased 6 windows and Soffits down both sides of our home. Total job 14,156 signed the contract on 2/21/23 made payments on 2/21 3/1 3/14 I currently owe a total of 2662.00 for the entire job. Soffits were supposed to be put on within the week. Still not installed, I have received two letters asking for an additional 1280.00 or they won't come out and install. I only owe 2262! My Champion sunroom was the project from *****Champion had touted that the sunroom construction would be about a 2-week install, but it was not completed until more than 2 years after the contract was signed. Champion will tell the customer anything if it will get the customer to sign a contract. Champion refused to do some of the work agreed in the contract, so I had to get the remainder of the work done myself using other contractors. Terrible. Do not buy! They put the wrong windows in, we had a river flowing in our kitchen and spare bedroom due to caulk blocking drain holes. They have been to our house numerous times. When someone finally agrees to do something, they quit. Service is absolutely horrible, product is horrible. There is always moisture inside, and you can see the curtains blowing from the breeze getting in. My heat/ac costs more with these. They do not stand by their products, and it costs ALOT of money. DO NOT USE Champion Windows!!! Our experience continues to be a complete nightmare that Champion does NOT want to finish!!! Our windows were improperly installed, they are NOT plumb, square, or level. Outside air blows in around the frames!!! And they left our home damaged from their improper demolition!!! Window trim/casing are cracked, broken and beat up. Window casings pulled from the walls. The surrounding sheetrock has nail pops from the rough handling/demo. They are not reliable. They put our windows in fine. But we ordered a door as well but we never got our door, they said they could not see our payments in the computer. We paid 3000 for the door and was supposed to get 2100 back in refund and only received 330. We called multiple times to try to talk to a manager and they never called back. Now we just threatened to take them to court so hopefully they will call us back and give us the rest of our money back

This company does not deserve even one star. Terrible experience. Installers had to install storm door without handle, because it was missing. Had to fight with customer service for a door handle. Windows were installed with half-screens which we did not want. They refused to cover error by salesperson. Had to continually fight with customer service, but got no satisfaction. I have never been so disappointed with service from a company as I am with champion window. We purchased a garden window, it rotted out and before they would even come look at it I had to pay $100.00 service fee. We started researching for a replacement bay window and sink window for our kitchen early in 2022. Champion windows stood out as a viable provider. A sales rep came to our home and measured our old bay window and kitchen sink window. Sometime later we toured their show room and witnessed their presentation on how their windows were superior to other replacement windows. We settled for Champion Windows to provide our replacements.
