We purchased windows for our Sunroom on 2/18/21. They were installed on 3/24/21. Two windows would not open all the way. Reported problem to install supervisor. They came to check windows on 4/14/21. They ordered replacement parts. They have been back a couple of times, but always have the wrong part. It has been almost 2 years now. When I call to check on this problem, they tell me the supervisor is checking on it. They never call me back to update me about the problem.

I highly encourage you to choose any other window company beside Champion due to their poor customer service and total lack of communication and response. From my experience which started with a contract signed on 6/25/21 through 12/27/22 when my 3 windows were finally completed it's been a total nightmare. THIS COMPANY IS HORRIBLE!!!!!! I ordered with the Atlanta District. If I could give 0 stars I would!!! I ordered a standard entry door in 4/2022. Placed my deposit and was told that it would take until September 2022 to get the order completed because they were backed up with getting supplies. I should have known then it was a mistake! I finally made my final payment for a patio roof contracted in 2019. To start-so many delays and excuses for project to begin. We witnessed unnecessary work being done (extra footers being placed, over charging for electrical work, siding that didn't match, changing the contracted dollar amount (charging more for cement product) The complaints by us went literally unanswered by the Pittsburgh office. My 13 window installation started on 8/4/2022 and continued through the entire month, causing me to take off from work for this process when I was told it would take 1-2 days. The installers left trash inside and out side of every window. The workmanship of the install was poor and the windows were defective from the factory. Terrible company. Terrible customer service. Very incompetent people. We built a sunroom and patio. Job started in January of 2021 and still is not completed. We have made complaints over and over but yet they are still trying to collect payment. They have "documented" that they have come to our house and have not. We have camera's as well as a locked gate. The yard was torn up during the process, sunroom leaks, worms come in when it rains, they actually cut the concrete in the process of doing a drywall patch. I signed a contract for a new door frame and door in June. They sent a couple of guys out in August to take measurements and I haven't heard anything since. I've called to inquire about it and am told that the scheduler will get back with me but never does. Now they want 30% of the installation fee if I cancel. Stay clear of this company!

Ordered door and full length window for front door entryway on March 24, 2022. I have called multiple times and visited their Evansville IN office. The contract for window was 8 - 10 weeks and door 16-20 weeks. Salesman said June was a likely timeframe. Today Dec. 21, 2022, after contacting corporate I received a call from Cliff A******** who I have talked to before. I was given a 9-11 am on 11/23/22 timeframe for installation to begin. No-show. I called and was informed that they entered it wrong and would arrive at 1 pm. I call back at 4:30 pm to let them know, but no one showed up. 445pm I get a call from the installer stating, we're looking for your house now and will be there shortly".
