We had a Champion sales representative out on Saturday, 10/24/20. We set our appointment to measure the windows today. During the measuring of the windows it was discovered our sales rep didn't count one of the windows, this was after double checking his work, we were also informed that our sliding glass patio door is supposedly a custom order door. After telling us that the price we would agree to on Saturday would be the TOTAL PRICE, now they want to charge us an additional $2,240.00. We told them that we could not afford ... read more

Champion is a fraud company. The salesman sold us on a project they were able to handle. He collect a deposit from us of about $2000. And when the measurement guy can to measure , he told us Champion cannot do the project that was sold to us. This was back in August. Since then we had two salesman that either were fired or quit Champion, and I am yet able to get a refund for my deposit. I honestly don’t even know where to start.....we purchased our siding, windows and gutters in Jun of 2020 and was told by Russ that our stuff would be in between 4-8 weeks. We paid half down and as soon as he left our house, that was the last time we saw or heard from Russ. We had a bathroom place come in the same week as champion and was told that the wait time would be the exact same. Our bathroom started and almost finished before our siding was even started. Worst service I have ever seen in my life. Waiting for occupancy certificate for the 3 season sunroom for last 10 months which was build in ********Michigan and still not receiving any response from any office or my contact who finished this project. **** *****

For the money I paid for the siding on my house it should stay up. It was installed less than 2 years ago and pieces already coming off. Called to have someone come out to fix it over a month ago and have called several times but keep getting an excuse about already being in the que and would be contacted when they are ready to come out. They claim to have a quality product and installation why are they so backed up with repair then?? I would not recommend them to anyone

Critical: Responsiveness Contracted for complete exterior siding installation on 9/17. Since my $10,000 down payment, NO return phone calls, texts or email follow up for asked update and schedule. They don’t even answer the phone when their corporate office calls from Cincinnati! Beware!
Bad company to do business with. I have ordered a sliding patio door , 2 months ago. Paid already half, and when I called them , they promised the install manager will call me back next day. So you right what you thinking, ... nobody called me back, I think this company is a scam. Don’t do business with them. Every serious company will give you an update about the job , if something going late , but not this guys
I recently had siding and windows installed, purchased through Champion. My overall experience was poor and I hope this review provides some insight for those considering their services. First and foremost, the salesman misrepresented their product. The samples of siding shown during the sales call was not what was delivered or installed on the house. Buyer BEWARE!!!! My fiancée talked me into going with them over ********and I had a bad feeling from the get go! The sales Rep Marlin for the Delaware, Ohio area came over and pitched this fantastic line and got my lady on board and I wasn't feeling it. But happy wife happy life, but not in this case! This was 6/2/2020. We put down a down payment for the Gable sunroom and he assured that it wouldn't be any longer than 16 weeks and that they would be beginning toward the end of August.
