Unreliable sales rep and manager, messy install crew, wrong sized windows a broken glass pane, installers not having essential equipment, and so much more
Windows were measured incorrectly. We had to wait weeks for windows to be remade. Never got a call from project manager about this. Champion never apologized or made a way to make this right. Just told we had to wait almost another month for windows to be re made
Probably not. Picture window we bought several years ago cracked in the winter. The picture window we just bought is cracked now and needs to be replaced. All 4 screens are wavy and need to be repaired or replaced. 1 window is dirty on the inside. Outside all of the corner molding joints have gaps and need to be caulked.
I had to wait an extra two months because my window in my kitchen was lost.
Some of the individuals installing my windows were very unprofessional and stood around smoking cigarettes then doing the work and left cigarette butts and trash in my driveway. The job was not finished when it was supposed to be , they also did not show up the day the were scheduled too and my husband and I had to rearrange our schedules on top of moving pets around
