We ordered an entry door that would go to your right, but what was sent was a non-entry door that opens to your left.
Quality of the windows was substandard. Complained and new windows will be coming in the spring. One year after the initial order.
Hugely dissatisfying to have two different measurement appointments!
I think the salesman should be fired. I asked him repeatedly if the $3,100 dollars was going to be the final cost for the four windows. He never told me that they added another $2,500 to the final bill. The windows and installer were great.
Windows have defective finish. Others were ordered wrong / mis-measured and had to be remade multiple times. Caused significant delays in my remodel project, costing me additional out of pocket costs. My contract is still in dispute. I will never recommend.
