Very hard to get in touch with. Damaged my home.
I had the worst experience with Champion Windows. I am the horror story for them, and it is specifically that it took me 16 different people to try and order my window. I would have gone with any other company except my other windows in the front are Champion windows, so I needed them to match our renovation. It was horrendous. Had to wait months to get windows installed which is ok but there was no communication letting us know what was going on and I had to hunt someone down to find out anything helpful which took about a month. Still waiting on doors with no communication from Champion. Overall very disappointed.
It Took too long to install my windows 7 1/2 months and the job is still not complete today is April 13, 2022 and I Purchased the Windows August 2021
Very disappointed in loss of our views with the wide window frames.
Although I love my Champion windows, I would not recommend this Champion (this is a reflection on Champion as a whole) due to lack of communication and timing to receive the product, and I will not use Champion for future needs. It was never explained to me why it took 23 weeks (instead of 14) to have my windows installed or why there was never any communication at all except one postcard received 8 weeks after my order was placed saying I would receive periodic updates regarding my windows and the progress of my order. Originally the office crew and the guy who measured windows were quite rude and did not care about my time and needs. Also the completion team was rude and too pushy. They wouldn't even let me finish my sentences. Always interrupting until I raised my voice with her. I would tell people about my positive experiences but don't know that I would recommend to friends because of other issues described.
