Our estimator was great, and our install team was great the day of installation. The 6 months in between with no communication was the most frustrating experience and a ridiculous amount of time to wait for new windows. Every time I called for an update, the team was short, not helpful, and when they would say they would raise the issue and I would receive a follow up call, no one ever called me with more information.
