The windows are really great. The customer service was not so great. The installers were really great but everything before that was absolutely terrible.
Unfortunately I made my order for 48 windows in March of 2021 and they did not all get done until September 18, 2021. This was incredibly slow and the staff in the office was very unhelpful with the whole matter.
Unfortunately I would not feel right recommending Champion to anyone. Once they got my signature, I never heard back from a person unless I initiated the contact. They sent me a postcard, with an 800 number to call if I had any questions, which when called went directly to Voice mail. You can order a pizza $20 bucks and you know exactly where your order is within the process, I spend thousands and never knew what to expect through this entire process.
