It was difficult to get a hold of Champion Windows of Portland. It took several times for them to call me back for the installation.
I realize there was issues with shipping and shortage of staff, but it took 7 months to complete my job. When I called, I was told I would get a call back and never heard from anyone. I finally had to call the salesperson I worked with so he could follow up since I was being ignored. I finally heard from scheduling after Cody made several calls.
I've never seen a company that was this bad at communicating ETAs and other issues with customers. I was incredibly disappointed
