We had several problems that we noticed right after installation: a cracked window, screen issues and messy caulk on some of the windows. I have also noticed now that we can have the windows open that NONE of the screen frames seal to the window! You can see daylight between the screen frame and the...

Three windows were installed incorrectly There are no window wells They did not clean up after themselves There are black marks on the walls
8 out of 18 window sashes were incorrect. Champion has opened a work order to correct them but it will take 3-5 weeks for the correct sashes to arrive.
We were told the existing shutters would not hinder installation. well it was a problem. I had to pay someone to remove the shutters and replace after window installation. and no effort was made to clean the window panes or the smuches off the inside and outside trim. I had to pay some one to clean up. Pella and Anderson had a person designated to cleanup. never again. the windows are super. it was just process to get there. no I need not read all of the small print.
There rep, Paojen was & still is wonderful. Thanks Paojen. However the installers didn't speak English and it made it hard to communicate with them. They did a really crappie caulk job. However, upon contacting Paojen, the manager Bob said he is coming out tomorrow to,I hope make it right. So u can send me a new survey after it is made right.
Customer service is terrible!
The installation was terrible. He didn't center some of the windows in the opening. The tape he used around the edges didn't stick completely. The corners where he filled with spray foam weren't even with the frame leaving a sunken area. I had to frame the inside of the window with wood trim to make them look even. Terrible worksmanship,
