Screens are wrong and no manager will talk to me

My job had multiple issues including a huge cracked pane on my double hung window that was not taped up (I almost cut myself covering it up to wait for the replacement), an incorrect window installation, and a security threat to my house from the incorrect window. That particular window was supposed to be a regular vent, but the contractor installed a dryer vent window, backwards. So now, somebody can stick their hand into my house through that window. One of my windows was broken. They told me it would take 3-4 days but it actually would take 6-8 weeks to get the glass. I'm very disappointed.

The project has been a disaster from start to finish. It took five months for not all of the windows to be installed during the initial installation, that installer was eventually fired because of the terrible job he did, Bob eatherton is the largest pathological liar and complete waste of space I've ever encountered and is actively damaging the champion brand and no one seems to care, the door order was installed three months after it was forecasted, the customer service has been beyond abysmal, and closing in on a year lat... read more

It took them 7 months and 20 days to do a job that would last three days. They told me the parts weren't there. I called customer service, and then I called the corp office. They called the people in Missouri. Only then did I get a response. Customer service does not exist, and I wouldn't go back to Champion Windows.
