Awesome windows, awesome installers, awesome salesperson, horrible customer service between those though. Could never reach anyone by phone except Wendy our salesperson.

I could not in good faith recommend Champion to anyone. It was a bad experience. Bob in St. Louis is impossible to deal with. 0 stars for him.

Took a long time to get windows installed. They were here until 10 pm installing our windows. 2 of the windows won’t open properly and the lock on our sliding door doesn’t even lock, we have to secure the door with a piece of wood. Windows and doors were installed 4 weeks ago and haven’t heard anything about fixing all the problems

I am very disappointed with the workmanship and quality of work that was done. Our windows were put in incorrectly and when asked to ease the issues no one from the office responded to my calls.

The new window that I have is good, but I am still waiting on my other window to come in. The bathroom window was supposed to be frosted, but they sent the wrong one. It has been 3 weeks since they ordered it. It took a long time for the other windows to come in, but the salesman was great!

Mark Still needs to come back to see how the windowsills look. They were apparently all ordered short.
