I would not recommend Champion Window and Door. The installation manager Bob Eartherton never returned phone calls and never contacted me for updates. I always had to contact him for updates and scheduling. The installation crew was nice but you'd think a window and door installer would know what a shim was and that he needed to use them while installing windows and doors. Overall, we were dissatisfied with the level of service provided by Champion Windows of St. Louis. Five separate appointments were made to get five windows installed. So five times our schedules were re-arranged to accommodate an installation. Communication with us was poor, as was the service timeliness.

Window installation is incomplete and been trying to get them back out for over a month to finish the caulking. They promised to come back out and finished, but didn’t show. They aren’t returning calls or responding to messages.

i waited since April for my door i finally called in august they said my door was in how long has it been in the warehouse i will never know i to cancel l the order because the installer never call

They are terribly difficult to get a hold of and follow-up support. I have been waiting over two weeks for someone to return my calls.
