Filet was tough. Prime rib over cooked. Baked potatoes too we’ll done- almost burnt in spots. Not a good good night for Charbonos

Changed our reservation from a Hitop for two in the bar to a table for six in the main dining room due to having children in the party. Spoke to hostess by phone to make the change from an open table reservation. We spoke in particular about changing from t he Bar to the main dining room. When we got to the restaurant our reservation said table for 6 in the bar. It took almost 1 hour to get seated at a table in the main dining room. Very disappointed in the communication. Two of us had dishes that included some sort of pasta. In both cases the pasta was either over-cooked or had sat under a heat lamp for an extended period of time. The pasta was a congealed mess. Since we have been customers at Charbonos for years, this was very disappointing.

We made a reservation for standard they gave a high top in bar waitress messed quite a few times our of what we ordered and it really just went down hill but one bad experience won’t keep us away

Had been here before and had a good meal. Tonight - not so good. Horseradish salmon was overcooked, as were the vegetables and swimming in some type of sauce. Did not detect any horseradish in the dish. The lasagna was equally unimpressive. No flavor! Service was slow and inconsistent, although our server was very nice. I assume they are understaffed.

The bills were mixed up when brought back to our table, so I wound up paying for someone else’s ticket.
