We requested a high top table on the app, and told the greeters this when we arrived. They sat us in a booth with no explanation why or apology. Just kind of annoying and frustrating.

We love Charbonos and was disappointed that both meals were overdone this evening. Service was great, as always!
Salmon undercooked—has to send back. Meal very salty. Dessert—bread pudding—was hard and seemed old as though it’d been frozen. Very disappointed.

We sat in quiet bar area. Hardly saw our waitress. Maybe she was busy in another area. Pasta was dry, soup had no flavor, tuna ok. Pricey for what we received. No plans to return!

Didn't like our 2 top table close to kitchen. Noisy. Would rather a low lit booth which they had a few but guess they didn't offer b/c only 2 of us. Food was goid tho.

The filet was not as good as normal this time. I asked for medium but was given rare. Taste was fine

We have noticed an overall decline in the quality of the food over the past year and the last time it was not very good. Charbonos used to be one of our favorite restaurants and we frequent Cunningham Restaurants, but I am just stating the facts.
