Arrived for Valentine's dinner. We were seated in a small back room at a tiny table right between two large tables full of families with small children. The room was cramped and uncomfortable. We were entirely to close to the other tables and we asked for a different table. They moved us to the bar area to another tiny table right at a glass exit door. It was freezing. We then waited and waited and waited for a server who never came. After 25 minutes we left! No Valentine's dinner for us!
This used to be a go-to for our special occasions. They used to have excellent service and food, the steaks were prime and always on point. Unfortunately, the past few times we've gone, the service was lack luster and the food was even worse, a filet should not be tough and a good server listens and follows through. We're not going back anytime soon, even though we have the points reward card.
Could of been better service Waiter wasn't nearly available like you would expect with the way customers are demanding. Another server helped us when we looked like we were waiting impatiently. Won't be returning for that reason.
Went for breakfast buffet. Not much selection and the food was not fresh. Will not return.
Complete let down My husband and I are newly weds and wanted to spend our first Valentine's dinner at Charbonos. We have celebrated special occasions there for years. This very special date was a complete let down though. The Abercrombie looking high school server didn't want to wait on us at all. Dining out for our anniversary We went to Charbono's for our 30th anniversary. We have been there many times before and it has always been great. As always the food was excellent, however our server was not. It wasn't that she wasn't busy because we could see her moving from table to table. When she finally stopped to take our drink order, she apologized to us and said that someone had just made 1000 points. It seems like they change the menu There are items on the menu they took away that I would think would be a good seller. The ribs, capellini. I loved the chicken parmesan but they changed to the rosa red sauce. They've had this for several years, so they haven't changed that. Why did they remove the other items.
disappointed Mike we were seated quickly but that is the only thing that was quick. I had to get a manager to get a waiter to wait on us.Many passed us by and worked hard at avoiding us.
