Get directionsI took my dog in for a consultation. They were very nice and answered all my questions. Still thinking about the surgery. I like that they were not pushy .
As always, amazing service from front desk to exam to discharge. Piece of mind is worth the nominal cost compared to the tragedy of losing a "child". Highly recommended anytime!

Hi Marc! Thank you for bringing your sweet boy, Sterling, to us for help. He is precious. We're happy that you trust our team and that you and Sterling feel comfortable with us. Thank you for taking the time to share your experience with others on Yelp!
Dearest Dr. Sura and Dr. Jesty, thank you for your care of our beloved peace friend, Aloka. The dedication and care you have given this angel dog will live on forever in all of our hearts. Thank you for your generosity and care. Wishing you both and the Charleston Veterinary Referral Center my very best. May your hands and hearts be healthy. Peace for all!
Came after-hours due to my 9yo pit swallowing a toy and puking for 2 days with a bowel obstruction. Dr. Jessie Larson opted to try the cheapest, least invasive option before jumping to endoscopy or surgery. Luckily it worked out and saved me thousands of dollars. 10/10 recommend!
This place was the only place open on a Sunday. They were extremely helpful and kind as we arrived with our beloved chocolate lab of 16 years. He died of a heart attack and had passed before we got to the Center. They brought him in and provided us a room to visit with him and grieve for hours and never once pushed us to leave. They handled all of the posthumous details involved in cremation and returning his remains to us. They managed to keep a terrible day from getting any worse. Great, kind people.
We took our Maltipoo, Chewy, to Charleston Veterinary Referral Center. Chewy had a cancerous cyst on his nose. This is where we met an AMAZING Veterinarian Oncologist........Dr. Kerry Rissetto! My Life partner and I could not have ask for a better Veterinarian. Dr. Rissetto guided us through this whole process. Her advice was spot on. When we emailed her questions and pictures of Chewy's cyst, she responded with 24 hours if not sooner. Her bed side manner was second to none. You could tell that she took, what was hap... read more
Everything went well, the Doctor was wonderful. They came out to my vehicle to pick up my girl. She stayed overnight and then was fine.
Everything went well. I had to leave my female Boston Terrier that had just had a c section over night. She had low calcium and my vet was closed but told me to take her here. The next morning I picked her up. She was in great shape but could not feed her puppies. She had a large litter of 7 puppies. They were all bottle fed by yours truly. After 7 weeks my vet congratulated me. I asked for what? She said I had raised 7 puppies all by myself. Thank goodness I was already retired and was home 24/7. They all got their forever ... read more
What an experience of professionalism, kindness, and healing! My puppy got deathly sick one evening very suddenly and without warning. My regular vet was not available and recommended this vet office and I'm so glad we listened. I brought my puppy in and he was seen right away. He ended up staying three nights on IV meds. They took such good care of him and found what was making him so sick. They called and text all day everyday and provided every option with prices. Now, this was not cheap. I recommend pet insurance for eve... read more
