When everything is closed and you have a sick little fur baby, you're thankful that someone is open and there for your little girl. Just thankful they were open. Super service, pricey yet worth it to know that she's not as bad as I thought.
We are new to Charleston and were in need of emergency attention for our 15 year old cat, Elliott, at 7 am on a Saturday morning. He was struggling to breathe. I was in a panic because my dog had diarrhea for 5 days and my usual vet office could not see her. Having the option of coming to CVRC was wonderful! They prescribed meds that stopped her diarrhea within a half day and I could see that she was perkier and feeling better. Thank you for being there and taking care of my sweet dog. Acknowledged me as soon as I walked in and assured me that my dog would be seen.
We came in a bit panicked after our puppy Mac ate a sock. We felt so supported and comfortable in the Vet + Vet Tech's hands. We are so thankful they took such good and thorough care of our boy. They truly excelled in communication and quality of care. Thankful that our primary vet (VCA) recommended we take Mac here!
We had a great experience here with our new rescue Piper. Everyone we interacted with was great - very kind, and accommodating, and we weren't kept waiting long. I love how Dr. Jesty told us right away it was all good news because we were anxious about Piper's results. All the staff and doctors are so professional and friendly. They make you feel very comfortable. The whole staff is all excellent, but Dr. Siegel is exceptional. She made us feel very comfortable about the procedure for our Merliah and called to follow up just as she promised.
