There is no point in reserving a table since I waited over an hour to be seated. The staff is rude and unattentive - it took almost 15 minutes to even flag down a waiter to attend us. Food was pretty good though.
This restaurant needs to work on scheduling! I had I reservation and still had to wait 45 mins for my party to be seated. The waiter was nasty and no accommodations were made
If you don’t like excessive noise and music when you are dining, do not come to the restaurant during the Brunch hours. That was our mistake! The ambiance is TOTALLY different and definitely not what we had in mind. However, we made the reservation and I have been to the restaurant for dinner a few time prior, I knew that the food and service would be very good. I left my review on google already concerning the service and the food. Too much to tel, but I will say this. I ordered the crab cakes and consistently pulled shells out of my mouth while trying to enjoy this $35 dish. Drinks weak and my husbands steak was unseasoned, no sauce, just sub par.
On 02/24/2019 I was having brunch at the Chocolat restaurant establishment. After paying the check and as I was finishing my food and drinks my purse was robbed by someone at the restaurant. The business owner Leon Ellis did not offer any assistance and instead denied he was the owner of the establishment. i didn’t even eat here. i wanted the french toast and chicken. i asked for chicken wings as my meat since i don’t eat dark meat or fried breast. the waiter said they didn’t off the patrons the option to choose. i asked if he could ask the chef for a special request. the waiter said the chef could do wings and breast. i said if he can do wings and breast then just do the wings and leave the breast out. he said he can’t do that. but i could speak the manager. the manager the. stated they don’t know what chicken they’re serving... read more

The meal I had was overpriced and mediocre. I was dissatisfied with the dark chocolate martini as well, for it was much too bitter to be enjoyed. I won't be returning here.

I went there for brunch. I had reservations made for 2:15pm. We did not get seated until 3:07pm. The hostess explained everyone had reservations and all were waiting for a very long time. Ridiculous. I do not understand why open up reservations if you can not accommodate guests. There were about 6 other parties all waiting as we were with “reservations”. 20 minutes after seating we are finally greeted by a waiter. I have been using open table for over nine years. Never in all of this time, have I shown up at a restaurant to not have a table ready. Ok so it started off rough. A table was then pieced together in the middle of another group party. It was completely ridiculous. We were a party of 4.
