Hardly any selection in wine; no ingredients for a basic vodka martini; kale was made with too much oil
I had to give the service a low score - not because the server was bad but because there weren't enough of them. AND the food took forever to come. The server kept apologizing for the delay but the amount of time it took for the food to arrive was extreme.
Disappointing. Reservation time not honored, long wait for seating and serving, table area had an insect issue, some guests food not cooked thoroughly. Management did adjust final payment in accordance with dissatisfactory experience.
The entire experience was disappointing. Although the restaurant was not busy at 5pm when we arrived, employees seemed disinterested and caught up in their own banter to pay any attention to us. I expected more attention from waiter, think they just needed another one on duty during brunch on a Saturday ~ Food was decent, they didn’t bring butter for my French Toast & it was like warm when I received it. The waiter never came back in order for me to complain or send it back.
Had an hour wait after having reservations then the server didn’t even sit us she pointed to where we should sit at. Mango margarita was original margarita. Guess establishment can’t handle 6+ people
I canceled my event because the restaurants manager was nasty and very belittling when I called to set up the reservation after booking the event online.
I was very disappointed with this restaurant. I thought it would be a fun and vibrant place to discover with my friends but it was none of that. The food was ok, nothing special. We had to wait so long to order and then again to get our food for the three of us: 1 appetizers: one plate with two fish tacos, 2 same salads, and 1 regular burger. The hostess that was on duty when my party of 3 arrived refused to seat us (myself being 7 months pregnant) until the Evening hostess arrived. We were only there for drinks and appetizers, but since the kitchen was transitioning from Brunch to Dinner we were told we could not grab drinks at the bar and sit at a table until the kitchen reopened, although there were multiple open tables available.
