I got a margarita that seemed to be a LIT. drink wasnt dressed at all. Not even in a margarita glass. Didnt taste well either. Waiter was ok. Had to flag him down a few times. Work on presentation n wait service

My boyfriend and I were looking for a nice place to eat for my birthday. We found the place close to our B&B and thought we would give it a try. The Chocolate Martini was disgusting, would not recommend. The food was average, nothing special. The service was not very good either. The server never refilled our drinks (even when we asked for a refill), and seemed like we were bothering her by being there. My boyfriend and I are unable to recommend this place based on the experience we had.
Waited over 45 minutes to be seated although I had a reservation! Waited 30 minutes for server to take my order! And then was told I couldn’t purchase a single mimosa was charged for unlimited, but I only had one! Couldn’t process my open table reward had to pay full price!
Came here once before last October with two of my friends and I loved it. Music you can actually hear and it was good too. Lights were all the way dimmed but the candles allowed u to see your food. This time the lights were on brighter, it was really quiet, it wasn’t fun and the food wasn’t as delicious as the first time. The steak tasted almost like chicken it was weird idk. I guess things changed in the last year. My man had never been there so I think I hyped it up too much because he wasn’t impressed.
This was my first time at this restaurant and surely my last! The service was terrible, we’d ordered our drinks and nearly 30 min after ordered food. After waiting close to an hour we were notified that they ran out of the meal that we’d ordered. At no point did anyone ever apologize or did management come over to try to accommodate us, we immediately left and went over to a nearby restaurant. Made a reservation and they were closed
This is our third time visiting Chocolat, always a great time, the food is absolutely amazing. However this time the service was not what we’re used to. The main problem was the billing. Two of my sisters ordered the famous red velvet pancakes with just a side of smoked bacon. When the server, Anthony comes out with our food, we see that he brings out the red velvet pancakes with the chicken, the other option.
