Food was good. Had a reservation that didnt go over well but had a decent time.
Upon walking into the restaurant the music level was loud. While being seated, we noticed that the couple across from us got up to leave but their entire plate of fried chicken was still sitting on the table. After ordering, the couple next to us told the waiter that they found metal in their salad. Now our entrees arrived and my boyfriend ordered the fried chicken. He found macaroni in his mashed sweet potatoes and 4 chunks of lambs in his collard greens/spinach (whatever it was) ... the service needs an upgrade especially ... read more
We went for brunch. Mediocre food experience though we didn’t have the red velvet pancakes. High priced for it as well.
Disappointing is not even close to what I felt. The restaurant was empty when we got there, there was no excuse for the service being what it was. An example, there was no coffee made when we were ready for dessert. Our reservation was for 7PM. At about 7:30-7:45 another large group came in (we were 6) and that was it for the people in the place. A very badly stocked bar. Just disappointing.
The food was delicious, but far overpriced. I sat for 15 minutes at the front, until I eventually sat myself, as no one greeted me, despite my reservation. After picking a seat for myself, I was greeted with some abrasiveness because of my decision to pick my own seat. The manager of the restaurant stood out in the dining area, arms folded, and followed each of his employees around as they worked, which created an environment of distrust - us patrons can see that. My party of 14 had a terrible experience at this restaurant. We made reservations on January 1st for 3:30 PM a party of 14. I see it say open table but we got there at 2 PM and waited 2 hours to be seated because the manager didn't reserve a spot for 14 people. Unfortunately, we got there during the one hour & half unlimited Mojito drinks only $20. We waited 2 hours for two people to later to be asked to please relocate theirs seats so my party of 14 can sit and manager would accommodate them a drink or whatever to move! One... read more
Need mature servers. These young folks do not understand providing good customer service is key. The gratuity was already included so maybe that's why he did not care. I should have had the gratuity removed from the bill. I would not recommend this place just because of the poor service.
I ordered a eggs, potato and bacon brunch with a small side of salad. When I received the plate of shoot, it looked dry as if it had been sit-in around. When I took a bite, the food was cold. I told the waiter and he informed me he would have the cook make the food for me again. A few minutes later, someone came back and handed me the same plate. All they did was microwaved the plate.
