This was my first visit to Chocolat, it was nice! Not too busy, service was great, drinks were nice and potent. I would definitely go there again!

Went there on an early evening so I couldn't say what it is like later on. The food service was good and the ambiance was nice. Everyone was surprisingly attractive. The only thing was that we had to make an effort to get the attention of the waitress more than a few times, but overall, I would go again.

My first time at Chocolat was rather pleasant. I read a bunch of very mixed reviews on Yelp, so was a bit apprehensive. However, I am one to always try things for myself and I am glad I did. The food was good; nothing spectacular. The waitress was very polite and sweet. Overall, a solid experience.

The restaurant was very nice. The food was good.It took a long time to get service.I will be back and bring some friends with me.

Food was ok. Only ordered entrees about 5 minutes after sitting down but food took nearly 1 hour to come. Our waitress checked on us constantly and was always apologizing for the wait. Service was fine but clearly the kitchen was either understaffed out not equipped to make more than a few items at a time.

Usually we have a very good time at this restaurant but this particular night changed. The waiter forgot to get our drinks. After a half hour, I had to remind him we were still there. He stated he thought someone else was helping us. After waiting another half hour, I asked him to ask us about our entrees, in which he did. After our dinner was served he came by and asked if he could do another for us, I asked for the manager! Chocolat was on my list of restaurants to visit in Harlem and I was not disappointed. The red velvet pancakes and chicken were better than I expected. The bottomless mimosas alone makes it worth the visit!

I made reservations and was seated right away on arrival. The ambience was great. Music was good and the food was delicious. I will return very soon and bring friends.
