Choice Home Warranty are robbing people on a monthly basis! We have been trying for 3 months to get air conditioning fixed! Theyve sent to air conditioning companies and wanted 52 thousand pictures taken of the same thing that they were told by the first guy was wrong! They drag their feet so that they can just keep getting that monthly payment! This place should be out of business! They are in the category of scammers!!

I dont even want to give Choice Home Warranty 1 star but that was the only option. There policies are awful and they cover nothing. If for some reason they see fit to cover something they give you a gift card to Lowes for 1/4 the cost of the item you need replaced and Lowes doesn't even carry the items you need to have replaced. PLEASE do not use this company.

This is by far THE worst residential warranty company I have ever dealt with. You can NEVER speak with anyone and the will low ball your replacement item. I am so done with this company and as soon as I figure out what to do about my refrigerator. Im cutting all ties with this business. I wish I could give less than one star. Buyers beware DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE FOR YOUR RESIDENTIAL WARRANTY PURPOSES. They will easily take your money monthly and s**** you over.

Choice home warranty doesnt have a good customer service especially if you would like to follow up regarding a claim. Everything is phone operated and would mentioned enter your phone number and no other options to talk to a live person. customer care will call you back without you know know and it wont even RING on your phone and it goes directly to your voicemail pretending try tries to reach you. Their customer service is extremely poor. They say they will have a technician assigned within 24 hours, for us it usually was a week to 3 weeks. The reason for this poor review is that the technician didn't check out the complaint but went threw his methodology trying to be thorough and reported the coil outside had a few leaves, but not enough to cause any problem. When he got to the complaint the motor was overheating due to the bearings were worn out on a 27 year old blower. He tried to report this but the company had no... read more

If I could give this company zero stars I would. This company is terrible to work with. If you want a company that can NEVER find a technician to work on your appliances this is the company for you. My initial experience was that it took approximately a month to have my microwave diagnosed/replaced. I figured it was a fluke, and that it was related to it being a small kitchen item that people probably normally would just replaced vs. fix, thus maybe there weren't many technicians that service this particular appliance. My experience with this company is they advertise what a wonderful company they are with great service. I got poor service. I called CHW twice regarding my dishwasher, took at least 2 weeks for the unit to be fixed. I ended up having to purchase a new dishwasher in January 2024 at my expense.Called them in 2023 regarding a malfunctioning AC unit. The technician they sent said it was a maintenance issue so it was not covered. I called another HVAC company and they found that there was no refrigerant in the unit. Paid them in ... read more

Very bad or maybe the WORST experience with this home warranty. My AC was broken, thus filing a claim for repair. After 14 days of filing the claim, the parts needed for repair still not received. The claim was filed on 6/11/2024, the diagnosis was done 6/13/2024. Till 6/24/2024 daytime, the parts were still not ordered. Then I had to call both CHW and the technician to check what's going on. The technician company said they were waiting for parts.NEVER EVER AGAIN I AM GOING TO USE THIS COMPANY

My mother has been paying Choice Home Warranty for a very long time. I think over the several years she has been paying this company, she has made one claim for a refrigerator and received minimal payout. Now that I am helping mom review and pay her bills, Im finding all sorts of businesses who prey on elderly persons! Its disgusting!!
