It is a very bad co. They do not honor the warranties. They den claims for no reason Their claims personnel are rude and crude.1. We had a claim about sprinkler system problem. They sent a tech who did not know anything about the system. He reported that one of the screws in the station is the wrong one! They denied the claim 2. We had a claim about an A/C unit not working. This company is horrible. They do not honor their warranty agreement and will give you the run around for months. I have been waiting since March 15th for a refrigerator repair. The service provided by this company is horrible from the top to the bottom. If you are looking for a warranty company do NOT choose Choice Home Warranty!

Worst Company ever! Called in an AC issue on the 6th of June and have been getting the run around since. Finally told today that part was ordered and it would take another 5 to 7 business days to receive. There are 2 87 year old adults living in this condo in *************. Tried everything humanly possible to have my claim escalated to a high priority and was simply told NO. I would strongly suggest NEVER EVER USING THIS C*** OF A JOKE ** NO MATTER WHAT!!

The worst home warranty program ever. Always trying to low ball the customer on any replacement. Requiring a follow up to their technician, sub-contracts takes the claim and needs a second opinion in order to dispatch any answer..My appliance has been down for 3 months and still down.My ductwork on another claim need a second opinion before repairs can begin.A big rip off.

I signed a four-year contract with Choice Home Warranty, paid in full. When I signed with *********************** Choice Sales, he told me that Choice was merging with another company that Choice would accept Pure Plumbing I had to use and that therewould **** problems,and he never returned my emails regarding this issue. 100% the worst home warranty company on the planet. ****, no call backs and when you have the work done while waiting they, deny the claim. We live in ** and had an A/C unit go down while 115 degrees outside. They drug their feet for three weeks and when i finally made the decision to used their contractor to replace the unit, they denied the claim and said that there was nothing they could do since i had the work completed. Do not use choice home warranty, they will just take your money and refuse to cover your repairs. You can't talk to a person ,only email and every response from them is a generic generated one. It takes months to get a technician sent out of you have a claim then they refuse to fix the item and will only email you. You can't rebut anything because everything is generic emails not a person. Save your ******************'t use these criminals.

Actually, this should have been my second complaint but let just talk about my current situation. On June 6, 2024 , I called Choice Home Warranty about my air conditioner not cooling. The next day June 7, 2024, was notified that ***** have scheduled an appointment for me on June 13, 2024, hours of 8am to 5pm. I am in ********, so its very hot, so I decided to go out of town to stay with family members until my appointment. I called ***** to get a 4 hours window and they could not give me one.
