Disappointed When we checked in front desk said a rep outside could help guide us by leading the way with a cart, we got verbal instructions even when we requested help. Clean, however late night dinner room service entree had hair on it. Then another hair on another occasion at Ironwood kitchen, what are the odds. Not once did any one offer help with pool shuttle, they seem bothered that we asked. At a little shop I got sold a pricy conditioner when I asked if it was shampoo. Trusted the rep, it was indeed not shampoo.

Way too many kids. I did not realize the property was so kid friendly. It thought it was an adult property. Kids running around at the bar, screaming and disruptive.

Great if you enjoy bugs in room Very dirty. I was shocked. Bugs line the doors so everytime you go to your room they fly in. Bugs all around my bathroom and sink. Not well cleaned or maintained. Very disappointed

I took my fiancé here for 2 nights for her “baby moon” and stayed in the king room with a view. The room was amazing, from the view to the location. Upon check in we arrived early and the front desk got our room cleaned within 40min which was nice and we made reservations with the concierge for the Mexican restaurant on property and for Toro.
