Poor I was asked if requesting housekeeping.... I said YES and they never showed up. We had to reuse same towels not acceptable. Registration was a nightmare spent over an hour in line to check in. Elevators were not all working causing lines to get to room comfortable beds, great location

Poor We state for 2 night and the pillow was not comfortable no microwave not even clean the part to pull the b toilet pepper is broken stein on the side the sink. And I sorry I goback to atlantis again I like the game room

Very Poor The hotel smells bad, carpets was super dirty, one of the 3 rooms the heater wasn't working, beds and blankets look super old, I get a itchy, onestly this one was our last time going to circus circus hotel. Only what I liked was the location and the kids entertainments

Hotel very crowded and difficult to navigate in motorized wheelchair; stay felt chaotic, stressful. No literature in rooms to explain services, how things work, etc. no room service. Handicap room difficult to enter and leave with wheelchair; door can’t stay open. Housekeeping skipped room one day so no coffee. Restaurants far from room and difficult to find. Staff such as bell men, security very friendly and helpful.
