frustrated my vacation! The room folders are super dirty, the beds are very uncomfortable, The bathroom the toilet for example the toilet was dirty, the piece that rises after the lid, it was full of blood like the person who was there before me had a period and there was pipi, blood and excrement. The bottom of the bed was dirty. Any!

Bad Terrible service does not have customer service, be careful when they go to the hotel they stole all the backpacks from the car in the parking lot and the security said that they could not do anything and they did not have access to the cameras

Fair IVY: I sent a text and requested places to eat dinner and it took your employee 1 hour to respond. I was done eating my dinner before I rec'd any text back telling me where I could go. courteous workers that made sure that I went the right way getting back to my room
