Disappointing Smell of smoke coming into our non-smoking room was disgusting.

Bad Room was horrible long black hair all over bathroom floor and im blonde!# Convient to casino

eh… $30 per day resort fee and the WiFi was spotty at best, walls are paper thin, can hear traffic all night long…

Location was good and I’ve stayed before. The last time I stayed the room was clean. this time it was not. Carpet and ro Staff was not helpful at all. Booking.com completely mixed up my reservations name and all to the point the resort could not find my reservation. Instead of acknowledging and digging into it, staff at Circus told me it was due to my negligence and I didn’t read fine print that stated I needed to leave my credit card info (which was not true). Fair First off I'd like to say that I was late checking in however when I spoke with the receptionist on the phone before checking in I let them know that I was going to be checking in late when I arrived my price was not honored that I was quoted and although they did try double the price I was quoted the manager was willing to still give a higher rate than what I was quoted but better than when just speaking with the other receptionist but I did have to ask to speak with the manager about my reservations and what I was quo... read more

for five days use same towels trash not thrown out in hallway there was a empty glass of wine in same place until pickup understaffed the room was not cleaned after I went to inquire three times I asked to be moved the room smelled of mildew they kept telling me come back in few hours after three tries I got frustrated. Never again!!! nothing
