Poor Pillow case was dirty. The other room had changed old pillow case on the floor upon entered into the room by desk. Also bathtub was clogged. Location

Bad Got switched out of my first luxury room due to broken ac/heater unit and took a long time to get help. Second room the phone was not working. Staff member did not seem to be very interested in helping anyone. everything outside of the hotel rooms

I will never stay there again. Completed disappointed waiting over an hour to check in room was not clean, blood spots on the bathroom floor and splattered blood on the wall near the bed. Awful!

It was fine but nothing spectacular. Ordered “luxury room” it was far from that. Wasn’t expecting the Bellagio but at least a spotless clean room especially given we are in covid. Dirty drawers and windows didn’t give me much confidence that anything else was thoroughly cleaned either.

I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. This hotel was the worst place and hotel experience imaginable. First, we needed to stand in a line for about 1 hour, just in order to check in. Many people were sitting on the floor while waiting. Children were shouting, people were drunk and many people did not wear face masks... (No ventilation)No one of the staff seemed to bother. I tried to be happy not matter all the issues in the room. The poor cleanness. AC not working, it took about 3 hours for maintenance to go an fix it.,tub not draining. ( pull out bunch of hairs from it, my self gross!! sink not draining. The location.
