Circus circus is. A classic but needs updating and better management Customer service . Room was too far from lobby . No room service , room outdated , no valet . Location and kids entertainment.

First and last time at this facility. The carpet was dirty and the drapes torn and the hallways were dingy. The heating system was so noisy that you couldn’t leave it on overnight. Also my booking slip said that the daily resort fee included two bottles of water. NOT TRUE. Staff was the best thing about the hotel. The furniture in the room seemed to be updated along with the bathroom.

Very disappointed. lack of confidence that we would ever stay here again. we arrived to unclear parking, long lines to check in and then once we got room, we went to room assigned 1063 and it hadn't been cleaned. during this covid time, totally unacceptable. would have been a comp anywhere else. contacted housekeeping, transferred to front desk only to get voicemail. called housekeeping again and got voicemail there also. found maid in hallway, was told not her room and was told to talk to someone else. found second maid, sh... read more

The night was noisey with wind and tires breaking a quiet night also overcharge on my credit card up on top story you could hear the wind blowing threw the windows was windy also were cars doing brodies during the night below and sirens going off room was clean
