ugh very smoky room smelled and it was a hike. the tram has been down for who knows how long they drive us to our concert venue for 10 bucks a head

Fair It was hard to find our room. There were no signs. After looking, I had to go ask a staff member and they looked at me like I was dumb. They explained it twice, not clearly at all so we just asked fellow travelers. We had just driven for over 8 hours and we were super tired and just wanted food and a bed. Put signs up. When we finally found our room it was comfortable and clean. It was nice to have a food court on site

Awful Everything Got in our room and found a crack pipe in the desk drawer!!! This place is totally nasty!!

It was okay Toilet paper would not stay on the holder…..room was not easy to access as shuttle was down. Not convenient when lugging luggage up stairs and escalators Room was nice. It was clean and quiet
