I recently brought one of my cats to go see Dr. Roach. My cats normally see Dr, Ellis but I wasn't able to bring her in during her office hours so my cat saw Dr. Roach. Dr. Roach is great as well. Dr. Roach is great! One of my kitties has a couple health issues that require regular care, and Dr. Roach has been vigilant and responsive in always getting back to me about my concerns. When my cat had to go to the emergency vet one weekend, she called me at the beginning of that week when she saw the records the emergency vet faxed over, to check in and create a plan to get my kitty healthy. I've been to many vets over my years of pet ownership. I have taken my two cats to this fantastic establishment a few times now for shots, checkups and small surgeries. I will never take my cats anywhere else but the Civic Feline Clinic from now on. The wonderful staff that work there are knowledgeable, thorough, efficient and they truly love cats. We adopted an adorable male kitten about a year ago. He had a few of the regular health issues that kittens have and we were referred to Civic Feline Clinic by a friend Very unexpectedly, our cat at about a year developed severe diarrhea. Brought him in and some tests lead to surgery, which very unfortunately led to the diagnosis of FIP (always fatal). This was beyond devastating as we had fallen hard for this kitty. My Fiance and I adopted two kittens, we got a 72 hour window to get them free checkups and we read some reviews and Civic Feline had outstanding reviews. We made an appointment and they are open late on Tuesday and Thursday, we had a later appointment. I had the BEST experience here this week. Dr. Roach, who was new to me, was excellent. My two kitties are tricky at the vet and Baby Girl Kitty even has a caution stamp on her file. It started with the tech who understood when I said my kitties were not happy. After she got their weight and before she left the room, she asked if there was anything else I wanted to let the vet know. Wow! This place is the best! Right when you walk in the door the office is warm, friendly and doesn't feel like a clinic at all. There are multiple cats that roam freely and lounge about. Everyone from the receptionists to the doctors are super nice and outgoing. I definitely feel like they really love animals and not just after your money. I wouldn't take my cats to any other place. They also have great little cat toys that my cats go crazy for.
