The Civic Feline Clinic is the best vet clinic I've been to thus far for my two cats. They understand cats much better than the typical vet who works with all animals. The staff is wonderful, and they do all they can to keep costs down.

I love Civic Feline Clinic and all of the wonderful doctors and assistants. My beautiful black cat Pyewacket has been a patient since she showed up on my doorstep 7 years ago. This is the ultimate cat vet people. They are the most caring and kind staff you will ever find. I love the house cats too. Dukie is the best! Happy Holidsys to my friends at CFC.

So summary of a review I left: I basically said I didn't like the treatment by the front office staff. They have often been rude and bitchy when I am just trying to make an appointment or pay for my cat's food. I have nothing but wonderful things to say about the doctors and clinicians who work here. Our two cats have had their exams and spay/neuter here. The staff is wonderful and caring and it is great to visit with the staff cats that are so pleasant and friendly in the waiting room. Dr. Ellis and the two associate Drs are very warm and friendly and appreciate all the cats that come into the clinic as are the vet techs and the front desk staff. If you have a cat it is great to take yours to a clinic that specializes in felines only (they are much more at ease in a feline only clinic). As long as we are in the area... read more

The procedure went smoothly and Dr. Ellis was able to save a few of Jade's teeth. She called me right when she finished working on Jade to tell me the results of the blood test and how surgery went, which put my mind at ease. She and the staff gave me clear follow-up instructions and showed me how to administer the medication once I got home. Overall, I am very pleased with their level of care for Jade and their customer service. I will be bringing my current and future cats here from now on :)

We took our cat, Chilidog, in for unexplained weight loss. You couldn't tell, but that poor cat was essentially at death's door. Dr. Ellis was very honest but hopeful about the outcome. She was also conscientious about the cost of exploring mystery illnesses. It took a few months, but Chilidog has made an almost complete recovery (he gets some vitamins and IV fluid on occasion). I would recommend Civic Feline Clinic any day of the week!

My kitties have always received excellent care at CFC. Because it is dedicated to cats, the staff 's specific knowledge has been able to diagnose an illness in one of my cats that was overlooked, and off the radar at my previous vet. My babies are always well cared for here. Even when we board them we feel that theyy are safe and content.

When your cats are part of your family, a vet is nothing more than another family doctor. I have been going here since my first cat. My Purrl and my Cassie are my kids. CFC takes care of them in ways I can't - they provide thorough medical care along with emotional care, and explain diagnosis and treatments. They understand the special bonds cat owners have with their bundles of fur and they share that with owners by the care they give our cats.
