I was fortunate to get a divorce from my first wife and really lucky to have gotten 100% custody of the cat. He is a male cat that's very affectionate and is a total people person. I guess everything my first wife wasn't - ha-ha. Enough about her, she's really not that interesting. So my cat was a feral kitten that my first wife stole from the mother. Anyway, really, enough about her : - ) He had bad teeth and had to get them all pulled, all except for 1 Fang. I must say the Civic Feline Clinic has been outstanding ... read more

I have been taking my two cats to Civic Feline Clinic for years. They always treat my cats like they are family. Both cats are in excellent health due in part to their helpful care and education of how I should care for them.

I've been with Civic Feline for over 8 years and can't think of anything negative to say about the Doctors, Technicians or Receptionists. It's a place that I've been able to trust with our eight felines. Talk about service, we scheduled an in-home visit to take care of nearly all of the kitties annual exams and shots. It was a great time saver for us and less stressful for the kitties. Nuzler, Sunkist, Latte, Hawkeye, Jackie, Lauren, Creamer and Rocky all give it a big paw up!

I have been taking my cats to the Civic Feline Clinic for the past couple of years and have been very happy with their services. One of the things I like the most is the lack of stress for the cats because there aren't any big dogs barking next to them. They were put to the test when my youngest kitty, 2 years old, developed FIP of the wet kind last July. Dr. Blaine instantly recognized it and was very honest with me regarding tests, possible procedures, cost of treatment, etc. We were hoping against hope because there is no... read more

Our cat Chunk is very unique, right down to the health issues he aquires. And although it was something that the local vets hadn't seen before, Dr. Ellis went out of her way to diagnose and treat him. She was open and honest about our cat's health and made herself availble for questions every step of the way. I was terrified of the recommended surgery since it sounded so invasive and our cat was so young, but Dr Ellis really went the extra mile - even sending me text message updates as he progressed! I've never experienced ... read more

I don't know what Ms. I is referring to. I recently boarded my cat for the first time for 1 1/2 months due to a family emergency. The staff were very accomodating and did mention that they would try their best to get my little girl out and about as much as possible for exercise and to groom her (if she would allow them, since she was a first time boarder). When I finally got home, I was a bit concerned at first that she did not want to eat anything and was actually hiding under the bed. I called the clinic and they rec... read more

Great information, great location, great caring vets, techs, and receptionists, all around great feline vet. The good humor, the genuine love of kitties, and the facilitation of pet adoptions is just wonderful to witness. I'd trust my cats' care to this vet any day.

I took Martini in on Saturday because he was depressed and lethargic and they took great care of him once again. Dr. Ellis and her staff went above and beyond! I can't even express in words how grateful I am. I wish Dr. Ellis was a human Dr. so I could be her patient.

Dr. Ellis actually called me around 5:00 on Saturday to give me an update on the test results. I could tell that she was genuinely concerned about the cat and wanted me to know what she had found out, which was not great news, but she isn't ruling anything out yet. She reminded me to call her on her cell or e-mail her if I had any questions or if things started going downhill, hopefully I will not need to use either one (and so far I haven't), but it is very reassuring to know that she cares about Troppo/EK. If only doct... read more
