I took Martini in on Saturday because he was depressed and lethargic and they took great care of him once again. Dr. Ellis and her staff went above and beyond! I can't even express in words how grateful I am. I wish Dr. Ellis was a human Dr. so I could be her patient.

Dr. Ellis actually called me around 5:00 on Saturday to give me an update on the test results. I could tell that she was genuinely concerned about the cat and wanted me to know what she had found out, which was not great news, but she isn't ruling anything out yet. She reminded me to call her on her cell or e-mail her if I had any questions or if things started going downhill, hopefully I will not need to use either one (and so far I haven't), but it is very reassuring to know that she cares about Troppo/EK. If only doct... read more

We always take our cats here. We love that they are just all about cats. Recently they saved our current terrific cat Derek's life. Derek is a big affectionate snow-shoe Siamese bigger than most yorkie dogs. But suddenly he had shriveled and was scraggly, frantic and unfriendly. We thought he was a goner. But Civic Feline quickly diagnosed that he had a urinary tract infection and gave us an antibiotic. Now he is back to being his old lovable self. And we are so pleased. Thank you!

Early this year, I got to spend even more time with the staff at Civic Feline and I must say, it's still love all around. Lola went through a bit of a crisis with fatty liver disease and other complications, and it was pretty scary. She needed to spend a couple of days in the hospital, had a feeding tube put in, and I was there at least twice a week for lab tests and other issues. Learning to feed her through a tube was very stressful, but they provided excellent support. Both Dr. Blaine and Dr. Ellis provided excellent care... read more

Tigger was obviously ill and I needed to find a new vet locally. First I turned to the Yellow Pages and located a nearby vet but they were very poorly rated on Yelp. So I called a well-rated clinic near my new home, but they had no slots available for more than a week! When I saw the great Yelp ratings on Civic Feline, I called them and was able to book a same-day appointment. They were able to give me an idea of fees, and their rates are comparable to others. The Clinic is a bit further from home, but well worth the d... read more

Since moving to WC both my Cats have been seen at Civic Feline Clinic and the few times they have been there (regular 6 mo.) regular check ups everyone has been very nice and the Vets are very informational. Everyone is very pleasant! I love that this place is only for Felines... they understand us Cat-lovers!

We have three cats and have tried a lot of the clinics in San Francisco. We drive from San Francisco to have our cats taken care of at CFC because we feel they are the most sincere, honest, and caring clinic we have ever found.

Well, like I said if I got another cat, I'd be back and I am. It's still the great place it's always been and I love knowing that my new little rascal is in the capable hands of Dr. Ellis.

All I can say is Dr. Ellis and the wonderful staff at Civic Feline Clinic saved Mr. D's life. They are absolutely amazing.!!! My Mr. D had been over-vaccinated at his previous doctor and was having a negative reaction to one of the vaccines. Mr. D's possible cancerous tumor was removed just in time. Through all of my tears and frustration, they were with me every step of the way. I never felt alone or left in the dark. Everything was explained clearly, and if I had further questions they never hesitated. Words can never full... read more
