Do NOT rent i or work with this company. Worst in Missouri. Moved i to a place, filthy in winter 2022. Shower looked like it had been spray painted white instead of cleaned. Actually watched the maintenance guy spray paint mold coming out of vents. Squirrels in walls 1st 2 summers. Brown recluse first 2 years, i myself treated the hard to solve that problem. Mouse shared with neighbor. Holes in drywall in garage they wont fix because theyve had a plumbing issue so mouse roams freely between neighbors. Fastest mouse u ever s... read more

I had a problem with my oven for a while and Talley came and fixed the issue in less than 10 minutes; he was also super friendly and knowledgeable. Talley is a very efficient worker and i’d give him 10 stars if I could, my toddler even tried to leave with him lol!

Talley came and fixed my electrical outlet very quickly. He is very nice and helpful and very friendly. My outlet got fixed and I had a few laughs with him along the way

This is my second and final review now that my lease is up, and I can confidently say I would not recommend renting from CJ Properties. If you expect to be heard, acknowledged, or treated like a tenant who matters, this is not the company for you.
