If I could do -negative stars I would. This company STOLE MY MONEY and have committed CONSUMER FRAUD. I applied for 3 different properties and was approved but after I paid their “reservation fee” the houses were taken off the market. Instead of just doing the right thing HEATHER LEE the division manager decided to not only be extremely dismissive but was extremely condescending to my girlfriend. You subsequently applied for another property that was a pre-listing and that you did not view. You were previously informed that you would need to contact Zego regarding a refund. Records indicate you received a refund of $425 on December 3rd for a property you paid for without viewing, and a refund of $179 on December 11th, both paid via Visa.... read more
By far and without a doubt, the most worthless company I have ever dealt with. The ONLY thing they will help you with is paying your rent. Maintenance man puts a rock through your window while weed-eating? Too bad! Power goes out in multiple apartments and both laundry rooms? Too bad! That's YOUR responsibility! Worst experience ever paid the application fee got canceled on not once but twice finally the day before we're going to go see it and decide to move in we got canceled on again due to it got taken off the market after being told if we paid that fee it would secure it for us. Save yourself don't deal with this company and don't deal with Dori or Heather. They will take your money and run and good luck getting them to answer a phone call it's all through text that's very professional apparently.

We do not conduct business with anyone that does this, also it would be best if you review your adverse action letter that was emailed to you regarding the reasoning for denial of your application. Dori is the absolute worst real estate agent I've ever dealt with. My partner and I lost our chance for a place we really wanted because she is impossible to contact and cancelled appointments with no notice. We also are going to lose application fees because we tried to get the apartment site unseens since she could be bothered to contact us. I'm sure there are good agents here, I would just avoid her at all costs.
