Sheila went above and beyond by making sure our tenants were still getting good customer service when we were unable to complete repairs due to an accident. We have always prided ourselves in providing quick response times to tenants and when we couldn't ensure the repair was going to get completed, Sheila stepped in and coordinated everything for us and made sure our tenant was taken care of and took the stress away from me knowing she was really on top of it.
