I have been with **** company for almost 2 years. In all this tine the managed to solve 3 accounts. One was after a few months. The second one about a year after been paying for a year. Because I was being suit. And it was for a $300 dlrs less Than the original amount that I owed. And they charge 25% for that total. Plus they charge you over $100 a month for many fees. Clarity Debt is a joke! I have been with them for over a year now. I had alot of accounts that was never late on payments just couldn't make lead way since all the interest rates had went high and I was looking into a loan to pay off my debt and have one payment I was talked into doing the the consolidation and everything sounded good well that was a complete lie only 3 of my accounts have been worked on i have been taken to court and they take so much money from you to not do a job they promised to do. Avoid at all costs!!! Absolute nightmare and scam of a business. Zero customer service or support. Promises to settle debts on your behalf, but instead will settle one account for way more than promised, withdraw money from your bank, then go silent for months, promising that they are working on settling other accounts when in fact they are doing nothing.
This company will not allow me to withdraw from the program and they are not willing to work with me on lowering payments that I cannot afford.

This company was very unprofessional. While I was with this company my ******** was garnished. I was also lied to by representatives and was given lots of misinformation. I have been waiting for a dissolution contract and a few times I was told they I would receive one and the last representative I talked to told me that I would get an email saying that our ties were ended. Avoid Clarity if at all possible. They do not keep their word. I received a call last week saying that I needed to increase my payments by $200 per mth. I asked the to cancel my account and send back the remaining balance. Iwas told that there was nothing in my account and every time I tried to log in I rec'd an error message saying I was block. On 5/13/25 I had my access reset and saw the the guy that said my balance. was 0 had told me a lie. I had paid over $3957.83 to date and $392 was in my account. The *** assured me th... read more

*****. They will tell you anything to get your money. The *** who was supposed to be "advising" me, **** ******, gave me incorrect information. When I questioned it, he ignored my voicemails and emails. Thankfully, I canceled everything before any payment went through and I'm glad I did. I ***orted him to a higher-up, but I doubt anything was done.

They make a negotiation with *************** and now Clarity demands me more money to make the payments for the negotiating process. And they never told me on the beginning.
