"Service department" I was told it was first come first served. I was the second person in line when the service department opened. Waited 3 hours after seeing people come in after me and leaving. So decided to asked about my car. And said he would check on it. Instead of coming back to me first, he sees another couple who came in 2 hours after me, to tell them what is wrong with their car and they also fixed their car and they left. Then decides to come to me and tell me they just put the machine on my AC to test it to see ... read more

"Tire repair" Returning from a trip to the mountains I pick up a large screw in my right front tire. I stopped at Larry Hill Ford a few min. before closing and ask them to check my tire. They located the screw and took the time to plug the hole. That kept me from completing my trip on an unsafe tire. Also they didn't charge me.

"Pathetic" I took my Escape in for a oil change and warranty work. The part had to be ordered and would come in the next day. When I attempted to return the next week I was told not to come because my " service rep " had called in sick! Had to wait another week. No one ever bothered to apologize for the inconvience. When I returned there was no management available. Perhaps that's the problem?! I told the clerk I talked to that I wouldn't be back. He said ok. Guess they don't need the business.

"buyer beware" The service consultant chris jones is very kind and helpful. The mechanics in the service dept are rude and treat people like they are stupid if problem with car doesn't show up on their computer. We have had car in this shop 7 times over the transmission shuddering really bad but since a code doesn't show up they tell us nothing is wrong with the car. finally since the car is shuddering that you can't hardly keep it in the road until it hits third gear they say the car needs a clutch in it. "I had to replace a tire, radio stopped working." I give it a five star because of the attention I received when I bought the car and the service consultant Joe Trentham when I first came in with a problem, however "Jerry" failed to acknowledge myself and three other customers before walking away, getting himself a drink, returning, then asking what we needed. And the "out to lunch" sign on one of the service kiosks is tacky, shouldn't be there. Overall very happy.

"Best of the best!!!! Worst of the Worst!!" After sale follow up, Typical dealership say anything to get the sale and then screw the customer afterwords. Kevin Flowers is a dishonest and misleading soothsayer......How the man sleeps at night I will never know except for the fact he has no ethics sooo..... "2 days to replace front wheel bearings at a cost of $700." My wheels had been taken apart to replace ball joints recently so they should not have taken so long.They then told me that I needed more than $5000 in work done or I might not make it 5 miles down the road.I have put 4000 miles on since then and it is still doing fine[2.5 weeks].I have delt with several other Ford places in the last 2 years servicing this truck that I drive around 10,000 miles a month often enough.I felt bad when I left this place.

"Disappointed" Bought a 2014 Nissan Murano only to have had to take it back twice to be worked on and to learn that there was no warranty with the car .I have had the car less than 3 months and the computer screen stopped displaying then was told it would be $1000.00 to get it fixed. Really. Do you not stand behind your car's. The whole reason I bought the car was to have something I would not have to spend money on.didn't turn out to be that way. "Same day service" Brought my 2013 Ford Edge in for a "Door Ajar"warning light that was malfunctioning. Also wanted my brakes checked to see if new pads were needed. Repairs done by mid afternoon and was told that brakes were fine. A appreciate their truthfulness on the brake question. many places would have told me that they needed to be replaced.
