I 100% agree with all the negative reviews. The movers were estimated to come from 11 am -3 pm on the day of my move but they now plan to come at 7 pm. My stuff has to move to Georgia and now it wont come until a day later. They never emphasized that my stuff could come a day or two after it was picked up. When I talked to the manager whose name is *****, she made it seem as though everything was my fault. She was rude and incompetent. The absolute worst. Will tell you anything to get your money then never respond or update you at all. Way under estimated our move just to give us the lower price then extra charges were tacked on the day of our move. I will never use All Coast Moving again. We were quoted **** cubic feet for our entire 4 bed 3 bath home, garage and patio. Ended up being **** cubic feet and left us in a scramble at the last minute.
If I could leave a zero star I would. We have moved more than 15 times and I can honestly say this was the worst experience we have ever had. The initial call was returned by ******. He was courteous. I explained the amount of "stuff" we had and he quoted a total. He asked if that amount was in the range of my budget. I replied that it was. I would give -10 if the system permits. The worst company and people I have ever seen. They talk to you nicely before you pay the deposit. Once you pay the deposit thats all. You are done. The estimate they give you and the amount that they say after deposit is completely different. ************************* AND ***************************. I totally agree with other reviews - 0 out of 5, I wish I could submit with a 0 star. This is the absolute worst ever! Like other reviewers, the cost estimate DOUBLED from the initial All Coast estimate to what the final charge was at delivery. Our items were delivered 2 weeks later than we were told before the move. As bad as the cost increases and lateness of the move was, the worst was the amount of damage we had to our belongings. I never expected this from a "professional" moving company. This company has horrendous service and I am absolutely warning any and all persons reading this to never, ever, under any circumstances do business with these people. We are preparing a lawsuit against them. They broke 30% of our load. Many of the pieces are antiques and are extraordinarily difficult to repair and impossible to replace. They subcontract with Sanna Van Lines, who will, at the time of delivery, demand additional money, in cash, in the thousands to unload your belongings. the worst. They get their cut and drop you like a hot potato. Will not keep you updated. Will not return your call, text, emails. They are the worst. I stressed for days because I couldn't get any answers out of them as to where my things were being stored while waiting for someone to pick it up. Everything arrived with ants and was wet! DO NOT USE.
