Worst customer service for a company I have ever seen, and overall a complete scam. I had to put down a ****** deposit for my move which was only going to cost **** total (very out of the ordinary). My move was scheduled for 7/26 - 7/27, and I got the call on 7/26 that the movers would be there from 2-5pm on 7/27. While the moving experience itself was fine and helped decrease our stress levels, I feel like we were ripped off. The first estimate we received for our move (***** to *******, ***** square foot, 4 bedroom house) was $7,300. The man providing the estimate assured us that this was an overestimate, and that it would likely cost less (as if he was doing us a favor!). This is the worst moving company. They never told me that they were just the broker. The moving company would not honor the contract that I signed. They underestimated the contents that I specifically told them I had and I wound up paying twice the amount he quoted me. Very unprofessional company. Once the salesman, *********************** had my deposit, he would not take any of my phone calls. I would rate them 0/10.
Bait & switch scam. Deceptive practices. Avoid at all costs.I originally contacted All Coast about a week and a half prior to my upcoming 150 mile move. After providing an inventory of items I would be bringing for my 1 ***room move, I was quoted ~$2,080. This is definitely a scam!!! DO NOT USE THIS MOVING COMPANY. As a broker they collect a fee and then when the direct carrier arrives they give an updated quote which is double what the bonfied estimate from All Coast Moving was. Of course, their cancellation policy stipifies if there are additional items or if the cubic feet varies from their estimate the consumer has a right to cancel but can not get their deposit back. I highly recommend AGAINST this BROKER company. They are not a moving company. They contract movers and something tells me they contract whoever they can profit from the most. The contract company they set us up with would have NEVER been someone we would have agreed to if we would have known ahead of time (Gin and *** Moving)! I hired All Coast Moving Company to help me find a license company to move my items from NM to WA. This company HIRE A FRAUDULENT COMPANY!!!! My items were taken by the hired company and stored in a private residence BASEMENT!!!!! That house then underwent eviction proceedings and I still do not have my items! I may have lost everything and All Coast does not reply back!!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!

All Coast is a moving broker which they do not tell you when discussions begin. I believe this business to be highly predatory. Even after multiple inventory reviews, they lowball the estimate, get a non refundable deposit, and when the truck shows up and you have no other option on that day, they increase the price 50%+ even though inventory is identical.
