the worst. They get their cut and drop you like a hot potato. Will not keep you updated. Will not return your call, text, emails. They are the worst. I stressed for days because I couldn't get any answers out of them as to where my things were being stored while waiting for someone to pick it up. Everything arrived with ants and was wet! After reading terrible reviews, we canceled our reservation. It was within the 72-hour cancelation period, but they refused to return our $1600 deposit. We have email proof that we canceled and they still would not give us a refund. These people are thieves, and their customer service reps are crooks. I would give zero stars if possible.
I totally agree with other reviews - 0 out of 5. Of the 15 moves we have had in our lifetime, this is the absolute worst ever! Like other reviewers, the cost estimate DOUBLED from the initial All Coast estimate to what the final charge was at delivery. The driver showed up a day later than the two day window we were given by All Coast. The driver showed up with a truck too small to carry our load, causing a three hour delay in starting the load out. This is the worst company do NOT call them they have the number 1 worst customer service they will raise their voices at you won't let you explain the problem then tell you it's your fault. Will give you a window of the time they will be there then say it won't be till late night they did this twice to me even though it's on them to get a correct window time they were fine with losing the business and OK with me canceling I guess for them keeling my 600$ deposit was perfectly fine for them. Looks like this company floods their page with false 5 star reviews and then you look here where all the real reviews are. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! They underestimate on purpose the amount you will have to pay and they never intend to charge you what they quote, EVER. They hire morons to communicate with their customers, they do not deliver as they promise, they change their policies to suit whatever company they are going to find to actually move your stuff. Worst customer service for a company I have ever seen, and overall a complete scam. I had to put down a ****** deposit for my move which was only going to cost **** total (very out of the ordinary). My move was scheduled for 7/26 - 7/27, and I got the call on 7/26 that the movers would be there from 2-5pm on 7/27. I was very clear with the movers that my house closed on 7/28 and the 27th was the absolute last ay they could come when scheduling the move. While the moving experience itself was fine and helped decrease our stress levels, I feel like we were ripped off. The first estimate we received for our move (***** to *******, ***** square foot, 4 bedroom house) was $7,300. The man providing the estimate assured us that this was an overestimate, and that it would likely cost less (as if he was doing us a favor!).
