AWFUL service. Came 5 hours late to pick up, promised me delivery in 2-4 days (i kept the messages as proof) and then emailed it would take at most 21 days. They showed up on the 21st day and when they unpacked, left all their trash on my floor for me to clean up. Called customer service and they were very rude and told me they couldnt do anything. They also broke several glasses and lost one of my shelves.
Terrible!!! They give you false information to get you to sign contract. Once they book you with actual movers, all the information/prices is VERY different. They purposely leave information out and lie. They told me "we will not give you fake price, then your price gets raised." Well that's exactly what happened. If you've never needed movers before and you aren't knowledgeable, they will leave information out. **** is the sales person who is full of it! If I could rate them 0 stars I would. I would believe all the complaints posted. Theyre refusing my deposit back when I cancelled the SAME DAY of booking. I also emailed my rep and it kicked back aa undeliverable, however I emailed the exact email address that emailed me? Scam artists.
I dont understand how they are still in business.. now that I see ****** these ppl were taken advantage of as we were.. they can only take cash on deliver . This place is an absolute scam. We paid $4600 to have our things moved and we were threatened upon the Team's arrival to pay more. There where people sleeping in the back of the truck and the driver said he had been driving for 20 hours which is significantly above the *** mandate of 10 hours allotted time. Things were broken, missing, and the customer service team basically said as soon as you pay - you no longer have any right to assistance. ****! I had to learn the hard way. The negative reviews are correct. Initially I spoke to someone named ***************Nownin full disclosure I booked 4 days before my move because I decided at the last minute I didnt want the physical aches and pains that come with lifting furniture all day. ******* told me that even though I had booked within the cancellation period, they would absolutely work with me as far as getting my down payment back. I gave them a full itemized inventory of my items. They changed box size to medium. Which only accounted for **** increase in cubic feet, but they added on 510 cubic feet, saying my bed was too large and my tiny dining room table was large. Well they demanded $3,900 more. I did a full calculation of all items and they were over 500 cubic feet off, but according to the contract they can renegotiate the contract if it is different. Terrible terrible experience. I went against my better judgement because i talked to a seemingly honest and lovely person ******. She reassured me and calmed my hesitations assuring me that with the entire house of stuff we would get a mover ourselves. I flat out asked her the time it was expected to move and she said since we had a full 3 bedroom house we would be assigned a personal driver. She went MIA one week before pickup. Being generous with one star - would grade lower if available... Company showed up late (7pm) with excuse of truck breaking down on Thursday, day we needed EVERYTHING out of the house since we needed to be 180 miles away next day to close on purchase of new home. When they did show up, they brought a smaller truck that wouldn't fit everything our 4 bedroom home had.
