The level of ***** with this campany is astounding. In my contract it stated I was booking a 26 foot teuck orb18 wheeler. The drivers showed up saying I booked a space which would not fit my list of items. I did NOT use their services. I have yet to get my refund of the $2500 depoait. I sent the following with no response. **** and ***** no longer take my calls. They hang up or put me on hold. This business should be shut down permanently. I recently used All Coast Moving Group (BROKER) / ******** ***************** Exports (Ampex; Ampexports ~LLC) for my move from *******, ** to ************, **, and I must say I'm extremely disappointed with their service. While I understand that I waived the insurance option, I expected basic professionalism and care for my belongings. Don't trust All Coast. We read the negative reviews on many sites which were outnumbered by the positive, and said that it couldn't happen to us. We were organized and managed large projects in the real world - we wouldn't have significant changes impacting the cost of service. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They are the most unethical and unprofessional company I have dealt with. When I first contacted them, I told them exactly how much we needed to move. They gave me a quote of 4 thousand. When I did a virtual walkthrough, it doubled the price and was told I needed a large truck. Well, today is moving day and they tell me all my items would not fit in the truck because they were given a lower amount of cubic feet required for my move. We did not add any items. I had to select a star rating, they DO NOT even deserve one star.I wish I would have come to this website before booking this moving company. They were absolutely the worst service I have used in my many moves over the years. To be honest, if I could give a negative 5 stars, I would. Its been a complete disaster from the pick up day to the deliver day, mind you which is 30 days later when I was told it would be **** days. It showed to have done no good to give them an itemized list as the day of, they came and claimed it would cost more than double the amount to move everything; even after having to get rid of so much and leaving things last minute. One star would be too much of a compliment to pay to this deceptive group of con artists. My wife set up an out-of-state move and was made several promises by the representative at All Coast Moving Group. Over the next month, this company managed to fail to meet all of their guarantees, and instead price gauged us, insulted us over calls with customer service, and lost/stole our property during the move. Absolutely a crooked a** company. They quote you fake numbers and when the movers show up they ask for $500 more. Even though we were told SEVERAL times we were good for up to ******************************************************************************************************** tell you you're wrong.
