WORST moving company ever!! Its been almost a month since they picked up my stuff and I still have not received them. They told me it would be here already and its still not here. Please please dont use this company. I totally regret it. It made my move ten times worse. I would rather pay a couple hundred extra for a different company. Seriously, worst company ever
I wish I could give no stars. Contract was for pickup on 7/28/23 and rain date on 7/29. Never called to schedule time for 7/28 but instead said pickup would be 7/29 between 4 PM to 6 PM. At 6:11 PM received call that they had no one to do the pickup. They broke the contract and wont give back the $603 deposit. Im disputing it now with my bank. Wish me luck.
Horrible horrible horrible. 0/10. This company is a broker who sells you packages that are not honored by the moving company they refer you to. The price that you sign for becomes more than double once your move is contracted to a random unprofessional company. **** is all about sales and claims to be available but when there are issues he does not answer or respond. Thieves! I was very clear in telling them I had a 10 x 10 storage locker that I had not seen in three years but that they would need a 20 foot truck for the contents. He asked me how many boxes I had and I told him I had no idea, that it could be 75 or it could be 200 I just didnt know, but it needed to be a 20 foot truck, he gave me an estimate of $2100. When they showed up they told me it was going to be an EXTRA $2k! They wouldnt work with me, they wouldnt refund my $1000 deposit. Nice racket!
My wife and I are VERY!! DISSATISFIED!! with these people. They did not listen when told how much (in Cubic FEET) was TO BE MOVED. They sent a truck that was "WAY TOO SMALL"!! The people that moved the truck were friendly but the truck was a RENTAL so NO D.O.T. Regulations had to be or were followed. We HAVE NOT to date received signed copies of the paper work from either the pickup or delivery, or a receipt for the money we paid them. IT IS A WELL PLANNED AND ORCHESTRATED SCAM! WHERE IS LAW ENFORCEMENT??? I suspected it was a scam on the day of pick up. I had personal belongings mostly and a few small pieces of furniture in a storage unit about 800 miles away from my home that I was unable to move myself because of physical disability and no one to help me. My storage unit is only 480 cubic feet *** and since the roof/ceiling slopes down from 8ft to 4ft in the back the unit is more likely 360 cubic feet. If I could give this business a less than one star I WOULD. ****** is USELESS and so is the customer service. They will upcharge you about ***** more than talked about when theyre contacted movers get to your place of residence. AND THEN THEY WILL TELL YOU ITLL TAKE A WEEK TO GET YOUR THINGS TO YOUR NEW HOME. Do not go here. Find another business.
My encounter with this moving BROKER was a disaster. They manipulated their contract terms to deny me the refund to which I was entitled.After a family emergency, I needed to cancel my move within the three-day window permitted by their contract for a full refund. All Coast Moving group is a DECIEVING and CHEATING group of workers . They will claim that they will give you a better deal than other competitors. Only to find out that they are not trust worthy people. All Coast will give you a so called BINDING ESTIMATE which is a lie. They tricked me out of my deposit before they even seen my storage unit..
