If I could give this business a less than one star I WOULD. ****** is USELESS and so is the customer service. They will upcharge you about ***** more than talked about when theyre contacted movers get to your place of residence. AND THEN THEY WILL TELL YOU ITLL TAKE A WEEK TO GET YOUR THINGS TO YOUR NEW HOME. Do not go here. Find another business.
My encounter with this moving BROKER was a disaster. They manipulated their contract terms to deny me the refund to which I was entitled.After a family emergency, I needed to cancel my move within the three-day window permitted by their contract for a full refund. I canceled, by email; however, after more than a week of failing to hear back from All Coast Moving, I repeatedly called the company. All Coast Moving group is a DECIEVING and CHEATING group of workers . They will claim that they will give you a better deal than other competitors. Only to find out that they are not trust worthy people. All Coast will give you a so called BINDING ESTIMATE which is a lie. They tricked me out of my deposit before they even seen my storage unit.. All around awful experience. Find another company if possible. From the start, was quoted a price for my move. Specifically asked multiple times if this is including all additional fees and confirm that I will not pay another dime start to finish and they confirmed. They then just **** you off to any (literally any moving company regardless of quality). Our experience with All Coast Moving Group has been terrible. Our goods were picked up on 6/21/23 and have not been delivered. The third party carrier does not answer the phone and goes to a voicemail that has not been set up. Very disappointing after trusting the obvious fake ****** reviews. Many complaints against this company and I want a resolution as well as warn others to beware!
This is the worst moving company ever. It is a huge scam and they will continue to charge you for random additions in order for you to get your stuff delivered. First of all, the mover showed up with no vehicle, truck, or equipment and proceeded to ask me to give him a ride or call him an Uber to a Uhaul so he could rent a truck. 163 complaints in last 3 years! I wish I would have started with BBB to look at reviews, I went on All Coast Moving website and all the reviews on there made them a 5 star company. BIG LIE! Fist conversation with ****(Operations Manager), I was shopping around for quotes. We moved from CA to NE. **** told me he could beat anyone's price that I got. Do not use this broker. Worst choice ever. They lull you in with discounts and then when their selected movers come they hike up the price for wrong cubic feet. They do not send a person out like regulated movers do. Nor do they ask for pictures of your property. I could write a whole page on additional reasons for not hiring them. Stay away! They dont deserve the rating I gave them.
All Coast Moving and Lojik *** Lines is the ************* I have experienced. When they arrived they raised the cost to move me. And now they won't deliver my furniture. I have called numerous times. Whoever answered tells you someone will call you back. Very Unprofessional.
