All around awful experience. Find another company if possible. From the start, was quoted a price for my move. Specifically asked multiple times if this is including all additional fees and confirm that I will not pay another dime start to finish and they confirmed. They then just **** you off to any (literally any moving company regardless of quality). Our experience with All Coast Moving Group has been terrible. Our goods were picked up on 6/21/23 and have not been delivered. The third party carrier does not answer the phone and goes to a voicemail that has not been set up. Very disappointing after trusting the obvious fake ****** reviews. Many complaints against this company and I want a resolution as well as warn others to beware!
This is the worst moving company ever. It is a huge scam and they will continue to charge you for random additions in order for you to get your stuff delivered. First of all, the mover showed up with no vehicle, truck, or equipment and proceeded to ask me to give him a ride or call him an Uber to a Uhaul so he could rent a truck. 163 complaints in last 3 years! I wish I would have started with BBB to look at reviews, I went on All Coast Moving website and all the reviews on there made them a 5 star company. BIG LIE! Fist conversation with ****(Operations Manager), I was shopping around for quotes. We moved from CA to NE. **** told me he could beat anyone's price that I got. Do not use this broker. Worst choice ever. They lull you in with discounts and then when their selected movers come they hike up the price for wrong cubic feet. They do not send a person out like regulated movers do. Nor do they ask for pictures of your property. I could write a whole page on additional reasons for not hiring them. Stay away! They dont deserve the rating I gave them.
All Coast Moving and Lojik *** Lines is the ************* I have experienced. When they arrived they raised the cost to move me. And now they won't deliver my furniture. I have called numerous times. Whoever answered tells you someone will call you back. Very Unprofessional.
This is the absolute worst moving company I have ever dealt with. All of the reviews on their website must be fake because I can not fathom anyone having a positive experience with these unprofessional, incompetent people.
Scanning company. SCANNERS!!! They asked for a down payment and then when I asked for my money back never got it! They told me to send a email and I would get my money back in 48 hours, its been a month and still no money back! ******************* was the person I talked with. Now when I call they pick up the phone and they put you on HOLD. Dont use this company!!!
I would never use this third party company again. The moving crew they sent out was incredibly unprofessional. They had me sign an agreement stating I would pay double what All Coast estimated me for. When I brought this to the mover's attention he said "that's why you should have just went through us." All Coast quoted me $75/flight of stair - the moving crew was going to charge me $150/flight and the mover stated "I'll do you a favor and only charge you $100/flight" I immediately called customer service who got on the phon... read more
