This is definitely a scam!!! DO NOT USE THIS MOVING COMPANY. As a broker they collect a fee and then when the direct carrier arrives they give an updated quote which is double what the bonfied estimate from All Coast Moving was. Of course, their cancellation policy stipifies if there are additional items or if the cubic feet varies from their estimate the consumer has a right to cancel but can not get their deposit back. I highly recommend AGAINST this BROKER company. They are not a moving company. They contract movers and something tells me they contract whoever they can profit from the most. The contract company they set us up with would have NEVER been someone we would have agreed to if we would have known ahead of time (Gin and *** Moving)! I hired All Coast Moving Company to help me find a license company to move my items from NM to WA. This company HIRE A FRAUDULENT COMPANY!!!! My items were taken by the hired company and stored in a private residence BASEMENT!!!!! That house then underwent eviction proceedings and I still do not have my items! I may have lost everything and All Coast does not reply back!!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!

All Coast is a moving broker which they do not tell you when discussions begin. I believe this business to be highly predatory. Even after multiple inventory reviews, they lowball the estimate, get a non refundable deposit, and when the truck shows up and you have no other option on that day, they increase the price 50%+ even though inventory is identical. WORST moving company ever!! Its been almost a month since they picked up my stuff and I still have not received them. They told me it would be here already and its still not here. Please please dont use this company. I totally regret it. It made my move ten times worse. I would rather pay a couple hundred extra for a different company. Seriously, worst company ever
I wish I could give no stars. Contract was for pickup on 7/28/23 and rain date on 7/29. Never called to schedule time for 7/28 but instead said pickup would be 7/29 between 4 PM to 6 PM. At 6:11 PM received call that they had no one to do the pickup. They broke the contract and wont give back the $603 deposit. Im disputing it now with my bank. Wish me luck.
Horrible horrible horrible. 0/10. This company is a broker who sells you packages that are not honored by the moving company they refer you to. The price that you sign for becomes more than double once your move is contracted to a random unprofessional company. **** is all about sales and claims to be available but when there are issues he does not answer or respond. Thieves! I was very clear in telling them I had a 10 x 10 storage locker that I had not seen in three years but that they would need a 20 foot truck for the contents. He asked me how many boxes I had and I told him I had no idea, that it could be 75 or it could be 200 I just didnt know, but it needed to be a 20 foot truck, he gave me an estimate of $2100. When they showed up they told me it was going to be an EXTRA $2k! They wouldnt work with me, they wouldnt refund my $1000 deposit. Nice racket!
