Wouldn't recommend. The phone call and quote were great so started off well but then when pick up was happening they don't care about the items you put on there they just look at sq ft. So ultimately you can list everything you want but they will low ball you. Prize was double of what they quoted without me adding any major items. I have never been more unimpressed with a company and/or with the female employee who I spoke with in customer service. PLEASE WARN EVERYONE TO STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. My sister had a move from Salt Lake City to Gainesville, FL scheduled 2 months in advance, and they switched the pickup date on her 1 day before. I have screen shots of texts from employee ***** **** that say "Hey *******! You got it, we're locking in for 6/17-6/18. They are apparently a broker and sell your contract to other companies that don't honor the contract. Stay Away!
The Rep I placed my order with was friendly and helpful. However, I was told I only had to pack my *********** and they would take care of everything else. Wrong! Fortunately I called back to verify and was advised everything had to be boxed b/4 they arrived. They picked up my furniture on 5/4. It wasn't til everything was loaded that they told me the first possible date of it arriving at my new address was 5/12. I am really not sure who to give the bad review to, All Coast or the movers that showed up. So it appears All Coast is a broker and bibs out your move closer to the move date. You get who ever is willing to take your load. The problem with this is the movers we received wanted to charge me $5000, for a quoted move of $2100. I refused and was going to cancel the whole thing and loose the $1100 already given to All Coast. Instead they decided to take the amount I owed and I paid an extra $500 for next day delivery . Not even one star - Zero stars. Negative 5 stars. In fact, will likely be taking this company to small claims court. Do not do not do not work with this company. Completely inaccurate estimate and were told day of the move by a company that was contracted out that we would need to pay over 4 times more than estimated. Scammers.if I could give zero points I would. They subcontracted my move to another company which doubled my moving cost on the day of the move. Asked me to pay cash and give them mandatory tips . Did not even show me what the space I had been charged for looked like. Thieves, thieves, thieves! Please take the negative reviews seriously, it WILL happen to you. Trust ****** as far as you can throw him. THEY ARE BROKERS! Bait and switch. Go directly to the moving company or carrier, DO NOT use a broker. They charge at least 1/3 more and do absolutely nothing for you. Please do your due diligence, check the BBB reviews, all one star.
