I am very disatisfied with the serviced provided by *****************. i gave a list of items that were to be on the shipping list. For some reason all the items did not show up on the list which i feel it was done intentionally knowing that i would have to pay extra. I called to see what could be done. Avoid at all costs! I cancelled my move the day after I made a $2500 deposit, the sales **** ******* assured me she cancelled it and my refund would come in 5-7 days. She said he emailed the cancellations department on my behalf. 2 weeks later, no deposit refunded. I called them back after ****** refused to text or call me back, they said since "I" didn't email the cancellations, they would not refund my deposit. All Coast Moving Group is a despicable company. Their agents are very helpful and available before you send them funds, then SEEMINGLY too busy after youve paid them anything. The agent assured me multiple times that one would be refunded their deposit so long as you canceled before the Bill of Lading was signed, this is not the case at all. Do not use this company! They hire horrible carriers. READ REVIEWS BEFORE! I didn't and I wish i did. after reading the reviews I was uncomfortable using them. I wanted to cancel and I was unable to get deposit back. I'd rather eat my $1k deposit than send my items w/ this company (well whatever company they hire). DO NOT USE!
Horrible experience. Hired this company they gave me a quote they hired another company to do the moving and the quote was not honored on day of moving I was forced to pay another thousand dollars. I did not even have the amount of boxes allowed with original quote. I called the original booking company waited 1 hour to get a call back after several calls I made and basically told me I had no other choice then to pay the xtra thousand dollars. If I could give a negative number I would. Worst service ever. Didnt call with delivery window and tried to make me pay for a shuttle service for delivery. Initially said it was illegal for movers to drive their truck into DC and thus the need for a shuttle truck. It was a way for the company to collect another $400. Dishonest in marketing. **************** was not helpful. I ended up paying almost $400 more than bill to get 5 boxes a sofa and love seat and a few chairs moved. Stay away!!
22 days later and still waiting for my load. 10 hr move turns into 26 day NIGHTMARE. STAY AWAY,NOTHING BUT another Internet ****.
They are very dishonest and charge alot of money. They don,t inform you they are a broker and when they get your money they don't return your calls. You have to do all the inventory and if it changes they wont return your calla and quality control also doesn't return calls. I only gave one star because I had no choice. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
