This is the worst company I have ever worked with. They told me if I changed my mind about my move to *******, there would be no problem. That they would reimburse me. WRONG and now Im paying close to $2,000. for these liars who did absolutely NOTHING. He is a low down thief. I own my own small business and if this was the way I made money by outright lying to people. I couldnt live with myself. They are very dishonest and I would strongly warn anyone considering using them not to do so. They will steal from you too!!

Understand that, to leave a review here there is no verification that you are not an employee of Coastal Moving Services. Please don't risk your money. They are predatory and rely on you not doing thorough research of their company and business practices. Please look up the business name, their DOT Number. Look up how many businesses the owner has registered and how often. You will see as I regrettably did too late, that they are operating on the fringes of legality.

*** not up front with what comes with price. *** adds on charges and uses *** regulations as an excuse for extra charges. Learned to never go with a company that requires a non-refundable deposit.

If I could give negative stars, I would. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. It is a brokerage that completely scams people. My mother passed away and her spouse has to move back to **. She spoke to a guy named ***** on the phone who took advantage of the situation. He told her all these wonderful things and said that they would make two stops, take all her things, and quoted her a price.
